Pioppino (Agrocybe aegerita)
Is one of our most flavourful mushrooms, with a very unique flavour and an overall sweet profile. They are also very delicate mushrooms, with a very usable stem they have a very linear tender grain. being so delicate they are a great mushroom to pair with steak and also go very well in rissoto as well as most ppastas.
Free Local Pickup: Come down to the farm in Elmira to pick up your order for free. Currently pick up day is on Friday between 3 PM and 9 PM.
Local KW Area Delivery: If you live in or near the KW area we can deliver your order on Saturdays between 5 PM and 8PM.
Additionally, you can come visit us at the Stratford or St. jacobs farmers markets on Saturdays to get any of our mushrooms.
