Nameko (Pholiota nameko)
know well in Japanese cuisine, the nameko mushroom has a unique gelatinous texture with an earth-like flavour and a subtle fruit taste. Nameko works very well as a natural thickening agent for soups, sauces, and gravy, or even be used to make salsa with the right recipe.
Delivery Information:
Free Local Pickup: Come down to the farm in Elmira to pick up your order for free. Currently pick up day is on Friday between 3 PM and 9 PM.
Local KW Area Delivery: If you live in or near the KW area we can deliver your order on Saturdays between 5 PM and 8 PM.
Additionally, you can come to visit us at the Stratford or St. jacobs farmers markets on Saturdays to get any of our mushrooms.
