Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus)
is made up of many long spines. It is known for having a seafood-like flavor, it most closely resembles crab or lobster. These delicious mushrooms go well in stir fry, on a sandwich, vegan crab cakes, or even just a simple side dish. They are also known for having anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties and are considered a good dietary source of antioxidants.
Delivery Information:
Free Local Pickup: Come down to the farm in Elmira to pick up your order for free. Currently pick up day is on Friday between 3 PM and 9 PM.
Local KW Area Delivery: If you live in or near the KW area we can deliver your order on Saturdays between 5 PM and 8 PM.
Additionally, you can come to visit us at the Stratford or St. jacobs farmers markets on Saturdays to get any of our mushrooms.
